Temu sledi zvočni del s kristalnimi posodami, ki s svojo vibracijo podpre sproščanje napetosti, umirjanje živčnega sistema in globlji stik s telesom.

Zvok deluje kot nežna podpora, ki telesu omogoča, da se umiri. Ker gre za individualno srečanje, imaš vso podporo zase.

The Individual Online Sound Reset is a personal, calming session created to support relaxation, release and the restoration of inner balance. It is designed for moments when you feel the need for time just for yourself, a safe space for conversation and the support of sound — wherever you are.

The session takes place one-on-one via Zoom and is gently adapted to your current state and needs. It begins with a soft, supportive conversation, allowing you to arrive, express yourself and share what you are currently experiencing. This is followed by a sound journey with crystal singing bowls, whose vibrations support the release of tension, calm the nervous system and invite a deeper connection with the body.

Sound acts as a gentle support, allowing the body to soften and settle. 

As this is an individual session, the space is fully dedicated to you, offering presence, care and attunement throughout the process.

The online format allows you to receive this experience from the comfort of your own home. It is especially suitable for colder days, snowy weather, busy schedules or moments when you simply wish to remain in your own familiar space.

The Individual Online Sound Reset is an invitation to allow yourself to be heard and supported, to reconnect with your inner longings and to gently release emotional tension.
