EFFECTS OF THE SOUND

Sound regulates the functioning of both cerebral hemispheres. When listening to sound, the brain enters the alpha or even theta frequency, a state of deep peace. The electromagnetic waves of our nerve cells spread, which begin to weave new paths, new networks in the brain and activate those parts that have been sleeping until now. We use sound – vibrations, frequencies and resonance – to relax the body, balance the mind and support spiritual and emotional health. Everything in the universe – including our body – is in a constant state of vibration.
