Ne\u017een zvo\u010dni prostor za umiritev, sprostitev in ponovni stik s sabo<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n

Vabljeni na 7-dnevni online zvo\u010dni reset. Gre za povabilo k upo\u010dasnitvi, razbremenitvi in regeneraciji skozi zvok. Namenjen je vsem, ki \u010dutijo, da potrebujejo ne\u017eno podporo, prostor za umiritev \u017eiv\u010dnega sistema in \u010das zase, brez dodatnih obveznosti ali napora.<\/p>\n

V enem tednu se bomo sre\u010dali trikrat v \u017eivo preko Zoom-a<\/b><\/span>, v manj\u0161i, varni skupini. Vsako sre\u010danje bo kratko, a globoko podporno. Skozi pogovor in zvo\u010dno kopel s kristalnimi posodami bomo telesu omogo\u010dili, da se sprosti, umu pa, da se umiri.<\/p>\n

You are invited to the 7-Day Online Sound Reset. It is an invitation to slow down, release tension and regenerate through sound. It is designed for anyone who feels the need for gentle support, a space to calm the nervous system and time for themselves, without additional obligations or effort.<\/p>\n

During one week, we will meet 3 times live via Zoom<\/b><\/span> in a small, safe group. Each session will be short but deeply supportive. Through conversation and a sound journey with crystal singing bowls, the body is allowed to relax and the mind to settle.<\/p>\n

Sound works as a gentle reminder to the body that it is safe to release tension and return to its natural rhythm. The seven-day format allows the effects not to occur only for a moment, but to gradually anchor into everyday life. Many participants notice increased inner calm, better sleep, softer breathing and more presence during this time.<\/p>\n

The event takes place online, allowing you to join from the comfort of your own home. It is especially suitable for the winter season, days when it is cold outside, or when you wish to remain in your own space.<\/p>\n

This 7-Day Sound Reset is intended to allow us to be supported, heard through sound, to reset our thoughts and emotions, and to reconnect with the source.<\/p>\n
