Spinal Flow RETREAT<\/mark><\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

At the retreat, we will free the intelligence of the body and, through daily spinal flow technique treatments, open the possibility of releasing patterns, traumas or just open the ease of body perception.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to daily spinal flow treatments, we will also perform a heart-opening treatment, a treatment to release locked emotions, a spinal flow self-healing workshop, reflect on our perceptions and relax to the sounds of crystal instruments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Retreat is an opening to a natural way of life, in accordance with your inner guidance, body, time component and connection with nature\/environment. We combine various breathing exercises, surrender to the sound frequencies of crystal vessels and instruments, water techniques (aqua flow) and vocals (tonning), and in between we relax, enjoy nature and its beauty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


All this so that our body can completely relax, refresh and adjust to natural vibration. So that we can feel the body, ground the soul and then delve into our life and create it even more passionate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Challenges always come into our lives, we are not only positive or negative, we can only live more deeply and in balance with our inner guidance.
