Sound SPA workshop with a sound fairytale for children<\/mark><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Through my written fairytale about the sound of gongs, I take children to a world where they feel nature and sounds and realize that the most important thing in life is Love. \u2018We love each other\u2019, a 4-year-old girl once said at the workshop. The intention is to support children in maintaining their sensuality, self-confidence and calm reactions to everyday life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Children learn about:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • different instruments<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • nature<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • the senses in the body<\/li>\n\n\n\n

  • express themselves through playing an instrument<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    The workshop is held for a minimum of 5 children and a maximum of 20 children.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Two statements are important in companies Business is usually done with people<\/em><\/strong>. And - companies could not exist without employees<\/em><\/strong>. As we can see, one of the most important tasks of entrepreneurs is to delight their employees and their business partners and provide them with something that will give them a deep experience of themselves (perhaps contribute to their happiness and health), while at the same time connecting them into a common whole and further co-creation. With this purpose, the Sound SPA is part of the above story, as it allows all participants to be more relaxed, connected, improve communication and interpersonal relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    It is a comprehensive approach to performing sound baths, along with a specific desired purpose for the participants. First, the purpose of the entire group is determined, in the introductory part, it connects with individuals and opens up space for new insights. Participants completely surrender to the sounds, which lead them to a state of deep relaxation and inner peace. 1 hour of listening to the sounds of instruments can be equated to 8 hours of sleep. They lie down and surrender to the pleasures of top-notch instruments - gongs, Sound Galaxies crystal bowls, crystal lyre, Indian flute, vocals and other instruments. At the end of the Sound SPA, it is time for a \u2018business circle\u2019, where in pairs or in a circle, participants express their experiences to others and in this way open themselves up to a deeper understanding of others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      At the Spinal Flow workshop, we explore the wisdom of our body and its ability to heal itself. The Spinal Flow technique is based on gentle touch and activation of points along the spine, which release tension, blockages and help the body restore energy flow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
